Grandma made burgers and fries for lunch, then called me on my phone in the shop to come eat. She made enough for dinner tonight as well in leftovers.

I just made a box of KD (Kraft Dinner, Macaroni and Cheese) and had half of it for dinner and the other half will be lunch for tomorrow. I make mine al dente, so instead of cooking the noodles for 7 minutes I only cook them for 2. I also substitute Cheese Whiz instead of margarine

Also more affordable too. My parents made pot roast in the crock pot and I don’t like that at all so I got this. Quart of Wonton Soup, 3 egg rolls (one was included with the meal) and rice.

@#18FAN , are you having any concerns over egg prices? Just read an article about a New Mexico chain of hamburger restaurants charging a $1 surcharges for menu items with eggs. Article states the bird flu is the reason for the egg shortage.
