Ribs smoked for 4.5 hours @ 225°F over pecan wood, seasoned with my homemade BBQ rub and glazed with my wife's sweet BBQ sauce, served with smoked sausage, loaded baked potato, and smoked garlic butter corn.

I also smoked a block of cream cheese with everything bagel seasoning. It's getting paired with red pepper jelly. Tortilla chips are at the ready.

Wife brought home KFC, and came out to the shop and ate with me, since I was there working.

I used to love KFC but it tastes different these days and I’m not the only one who noticed that. I do love their Famous Chicken Sandwich though But for fried chicken I prefer Popeyes now.

We don't have a popeyes here sadly.
Wife brought us home chicken burgers and onion rings.
I feel blessed every day to have an amazing wife, and my wonderful grandmother lives with us to. After grandpa passed away, and I asked her if she would like to live with me, she hesitated some. Now she says it was a good move, and she really enjoys being here with us. We feel the same about her.
