Tonight, I made Pad Thai. It was not something I would brag about as I used a jarred sauce from the Asian grocery. It was pretty good, but I'm glad I used twice as much sauce as the instructions called for. I've noticed that the instructions on the typical Asian food products are often not very good. Seems like a pattern? Go figure.

Next time, I'm going to add some Sambal Oelek (Thai chili and garlic sauce) to spice it up a bit. I could probably add some to just about everything I cook, now that I think about it.

These are the best versions of the Reese Cups. The original ones have gotten smaller over the years so the chocolate to peanut butter ratio feels off. But the big ones are perfect 😋 I throw it in the fridge for 20 minutes and it makes them taste even better 🤩
