I made some chile verde but not green. I was dry roasting a pork roast with a nice handful of spices and was delayed 4 more hours away. The meat is fine the spices roasted in a large amount of rendered lard. Which I decanted. The I built the green sauce back up but the dark glaze on the meat made my sauce funky color. But **** it tastes good
I'm going to spend the next few days at the beach house, surfing and working on some projects. I fired up my perpetual stew. We are having pleasantly warm days but at night it gets chilly. I hope Cuddles won't eat my groundskepper while I'm gone.

Mu dinner was chicken with veggies and “hunan sauce”. Not spicy enough for me. The lady’s daughter’s birthday is today so I treated her to large steak and chicken with curry sauce and the lady to chicken with hunan sauce. Beat $22 I spent all week.
