Some tuna fish salad I made bit ago. With some fresh picked cherry tomatoes on plants on deck.
I had 2 ears of freshly picked Iowa sweet corn for lunch. Local farmer had his Daughters selling it out of a pickup truck this morning for $6 per dozen. No way would I eat all that, so I had the nurse get a bag and I took out 2 for myself, then sent the rest home for her family.
Very frustrating morning. My street was blocked off and nurse could not drive here as normal. Guess they are installing a new sewer line. Was supposed to be here 8 AM. Finally made it at 1 PM. She did finally get all my stuff and running done.
Now for you wanna be me jokers. She brought food, scrubbed my back and feet. I feel much better.

Salad of Swiss chard, kale and spinach. Steak mixed in with it, avocado cherry tomatoes and olives. Carrots and cauliflower steamed. 2 pickled “hot eggs” too.
Got some thick sliced Pecanwood smoked bacon from Menards. They have to be near 3/16" slices. But had 4 slices on a doughy dinner roll and some tomatoes on the side. Followed by strawberries and blueberries with cream and whipped cream.
Michigan blueberries in season now as well as cherries and pears.

My Hawaiian mother in law bought Spam so I made Spam fried rice with some veggies and dressed with soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce and a skoosh of sriracha.
