Used the Traeger before the big storm rolled in. Roast beef for the win! Basic sea salt, pepper and garlic powder rub. 240f until 145 internal. Just can't go wrong. Pictures are garbage as usual.

Noodleless lasagna. Used thicker deli ham, sliced cheddar cheese and pepperoni in place of the noodles. Honestly couldn't tell.
