What are you eating right now?

Tonight, I made some enchiladas.

Probably weird by Mexican standards but were still tasty. I made two pans, one with cotillo fresco cheese and wheat tortillas and one with corn tortillas and no cheese for my gluten and dairy free daughter. They were filled with black beans, pork chorizo, and diced avocado with canned enchilada sauce.

Sorry for my bad photo skills

Define cornetto
A: A croissant-shaped pastry that may or may not be made from puff pastry.

B: A waffle ice-cream cone that comes in various flavors. The main difference to American waffle cones is that Cornettos don't come with crushed peanut toppings.

The Cornetto appeared first in Italy and soon conquered Europe and the UK. Every country makes almost the same Cornettos. I believe the manufacturers belong to the same conglomerate of the ice-cream mafia.

Like a drumsticks, a Cornetto is prepackaged and you buy it from a freezer chest or from an ice-cream vendor. I forget the Italian brand but in the UK it is Wall's. In Switzerland it is Langnese or Mövenpick. You can get them at gas stations.

Meals on wheels delivered a hamburger and some other garbage. I chose not to consume those today.

County Public Health lady was here to help with a shower and errands. Nice gal and very friendly.
Opened my wallet and told her to go get us both Chinese. I order Hunan Chicken, with double vegetables.
Good stuff! Maybe AM would approve! Here's to ya AM!;)

Oh, yeah. Childhood memories. We used to push our bikes through a trail through the woods to get to a back road so we could ride 3 or 4 miles to a gas station where we could buy treats. The trail cut several miles off the ride. Drumsticks were a fav. Grandma usually had drumsticks or Klondike ice cream sandwiches in the freezer when we would visit.

Pushed the meals on wheels off to my Son. He will eat it.

Kept the Chinese for myself, will get 2 meals out of that. Sit on your rear end all day, does not require much food.
He will most likely get the meal tomorrow as well.
