It’s Fat Tuesday guys.
Grilled chicken and already ate whole avocado. Water. Down to 254lbs. Gave up coffee and anything with caffeine. Feel lot better 
What is Fat Tuesday?
Fat Tuesday or Mardi Gras begins the day before Ash Wednesday and marks the beginning of lent and the 40-day fasting period which ends on Holy Thursday before Easter. They should call it Skinny Thursday.
