So 254 now? Weren't you under 200 pounds a few years ago? Or was that kilos?Grilled chicken and already ate whole avocado. Water. Down to 254lbs. Gave up coffee and anything with caffeine. Feel lot better

I know you've steadily been losing weight. I saw it in your pictures too.
I meant to post yesterday's dinner. Parm crusted flounder with pasta aglio and roasted broccoli. I also baked an orange cake.
Formerly frozen, I hope.
