Oh, I understand completely. Done away with oatmeal and most breads. Once a while it’s Dave’s killer bread red power seed or green label with vegemite.
Gf took some of the homemade rigatoni home. I didn’t have any of it.
The real low carb flatbread pitas I love.

Did not do much today except change the furnace filter. Have not eaten a bite of food yet.
Think depression kind of set in, just being alone on my BD. Supposed to at least get out of the house tomorrow for lab work.
