Beans and Greens: I've been working on the recipe for Cowboy Beans (CLICK HERE) and they're pretty close to the way I want them. Just one or two more experiments and they should be as I desire. The kale has been sauteed with garlic and whole, dried Calabrian peppers, lightly toasted and broken up into small pieces, including the seeds. Overall, pretty good lunch today.
