What are you eating right now?

Honestly one of my favorite cuts but really like the strip side
not really a fan of Tenderloin now venison that’s a different story hopefully we get a finished photo.
No finished pictures. No gripes about the loin side. Both sides were delicious I cooked 4 on the grill to different levels we all loved tasting chunks of each until we were full, but still have one whole steak left. I can take a picture of it tomorrow
 
I ate very little today. Last night I forgot to mention that I had half of an apple crisp with vanilla ice cream for dessert after the fish&chips. So I had to compensate today.

Tonight I had beans with pork, onions, and spinach.

 
Rancher lady friend of ours. 100 % natural and grass fed and great butcher. My usual gripe is lousy butchering these guys were excellent
Nice to know where they came from! My friend from high school owns a meat locker. They always do an excellent job butchering.

Did your cow have a name ?
I had two calves, back when I lived in the county years ago. They were pretty much pets and my kids could ride on them.
Named the first one brown cow, the got a second and called him Charles! We all loved them.

Wife and kid hated the rooster. He would chase them, but never mess with me. Maybe we should start a farm animal thread?
 
As a kid, I ate ketchup on chicken sometimes. Maybe I should try it today on cantaloupe? :)
I still eat it on chicken tenders haha. No other chicken though. I know someone who puts ketchup on their steak. They order it well done and ketchup to go with it. Gross to me but we all like different things I guess haha.

No chicken tenders back when I was your age. Just fried chicken for my ketchup! Who in the heck orders a steak well done?
I want some pink inside. If I was given a well done steak, I would probably choose some A-1 to give it some moisture.
