Yogurt mixed in with salmon and two hard boiled eggs. Whole avocado. Getting ready to drive out to Carlisle area. Merry Christmas folks 
I just finished a candy cane. 
We had our small family Christmas at Daughter's house. There is one family in town that has a really large Christmas display.
Santa and Mrs Clause stand by the street and hand them out to all passing vehicles. We drove past as they were bringing me
back home.

One of each? If I were to eat all of that I'd have to drop one scary Yule log the next day!
3 eggs local farm raised sausage and avocado. No one else is up so….
Low sodium v-8 and some chicken, shredded cheese in wrap shell with shredded lettuce and avocado.
You must talk. We have ways of making you talk.I'll be having some Columbian Christmas cake in a little while!
Fresh out of the oven, buttered and "dusted."
Tortillas chips with a hot dip of black beans, chipotle peppers, cream cheese, and raspberry jam. Sounds a little odd but the combination works well.
