Don't know how far you are form here - but if you do-Had to Google Hummus, never heard of it. I'm from Hicktown, Iowa...LOL!

Two really good inexpensive cheeses from Costco- small snack with some fish oil. If you like cheese especially the flavor of
Spain types. The Havarti is uniquely good.
