Won’t styrofoam break down? Paper will dissolve over time too. Plastic I can understand we don’t really use a lot of plastic but occasionally silverware but we wash and reuse a couple of times before throwing out. Don’t have any disposable plastic plates or anything. Believe me if I had it my way we’d be eating off of real every day. I wash my cups after each use otherwise she will get upset that I’m getting a dish dirty. So I just wash my cups right after I’m done. Had chicken molè at a fusion restaurant. I asked the waitress and she told me exactly how it was made. It was tasty, but not enough chicken!

In Maryland recycling centers won't take it. It out gases methane and it may take over 500 years to break down and has many associated health issues.
McDonald's dumped it years ago. It's actually polystyrene and Styrofoam is a brand name and trademark of Dupont if I remember correctly...
I'm not that worried over most things but I won't use it in the house. You're far better off with paper plates..

Frittata of Warba Potato, red and yellow bell peppers, onions, garlic, mini San Marzano's, 4 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, aged white cheddar. Not as colourful as I'd like but it eats like a champ, maybe some shredded baby spinach next time to brighten it up

Absolutely. If it was any other way I would not eat it. My sister had a raw steak the other day. Babe Ruth style she put a bunch of stuff on top and gobbled it down. She is braver than I am lol.
Redskin, purple, yellow potato triple wash and soak crispy olive oil hash browns (onion, salt, pepper)
Three cheese (manchego, reggiano, pecorino) veggie egg frittata (zuch, broc, tomato)
