Trying to stay away from fried stuff, but the grocery store had these buffalo chicken rolls for half price, three for $3. Plus only 260 calories so not terrible. Had some tzatziki on the side and a mixed salad with Newman's Greek Vinaigrette.

I’m eating a leftover sub from Subway. We had Subway last night because it was one of the few things open once we got done fixing dads truck.

Breakfast is a large almond flour pancake made with almond flour, flax meal, chia seed, oat fiber, wheat germ, eggs, and filk. I drizzled about 1/2 tablespoon of maple syrup over the pancake.

A nice spinach and kale salad with dried cranberries and some almonds. And a Newmans own lite vinaigrette. And a Pilsner Urqiell bottle
