Sliced beef rib-eye (cold) - two days old changed from age a bit, tender perfect but holds together, sour dough artisan, green thumb wife's Italian eating onion as sweet as sack sugar, sliced thin, kraut and pickle

Oh man. So good.

OK so no pictures from last night as we got back late. Had cold pizza and it was great! Only takes a few minutes at 900F to cook but ****, that crust was amazing.

This morning we did up pancakes and eggs on the cast iron. Bacon and buffalo breakfast sausages on the gas grill using indirect heat. Was **** fine!
