I ate heavy food over the weekend, including a plate of very good (not great) BBQ, so this morning I'm just having tea, Nepalese Himalayan Black Tea, an organic, orthodox-style black tea from a tiny garden nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas. It's a rich, tea with notes of dark chocolate and citrus. It's lovely!

I had lunch a couple of hours ago. Tofu and chicken, pan-fried, with a little mirin added,, eggs, scallions, and nori.

Tofu is rich in, B1, B2, B6 B9
eggs are rich in B1, B2, B5, B6, B9, B12
Nori is high in B12

Vitamin B is heat-sensitive. Cook foods only as long as necessary.

Vitamin B is depleted by alcohol, caffeine, and processed foods
