I bought steaks for my family today. And of course you gotta have the weekend beer lol. And yes I know it’s a cheap beer but it was free from my coworker he gave everybody an American Flag
aluminum bottle of it so that was nice. It’s better than some other beers. Not the worst and not the best.

I ate heavy food over the weekend, including a plate of very good (not great) BBQ, so this morning I'm just having tea, Nepalese Himalayan Black Tea, an organic, orthodox-style black tea from a tiny garden nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas. It's a rich, tea with notes of dark chocolate and citrus. It's lovely!

Newport, Oregon. Great coastal town to visit because it is both a working town and a tourist town. Highly recommend this town for a stop along the Oregon coast.
I had lunch a couple of hours ago. Tofu and chicken, pan-fried, with a little mirin added,, eggs, scallions, and nori.
Tofu is rich in, B1, B2, B6 B9
eggs are rich in B1, B2, B5, B6, B9, B12
Nori is high in B12
