What are you eating right now?

I can’t take credit for this, because my neighbor made it for me. It actually look nicer before I picked at it but you get the idea…

Breakfast this AM:
  • Country style potatoes
  • 3 eggs, scrambled (shared ~1 egg with the pup)
  • 1/2 link of Linguisa
  • Mandarin oranges
If there's left-overs, I'll substitute rice from the previous night's dinner, served room temp in place of the potatoes.

Tacos tonight. From a new taco place in town. A beer or margarita would have made it better but dad is paying and said no so I had to do without lol 😂 but that’s ok I didn’t need it anyway. I can’t afford to buy any extra stuff after spending $350 on my car today registering it and titling it and insurance going up.

Taco Bell for Lunch:
Got up early and had a minimal breakfast of an orange, toasted roll, and coffee and spent the morning working around the apartment, running errands, hitting the gym, and doing some medical things. By the time noon or so rolled around I was hungry and not even close to being done with my chores. I saw a Taco Bell a short distance ahead and there was no line and no waiting, so I decided to give 'em a try. I hit the drive-thru window and ordered a burrito and a Diet Pepsi. One good thing came of that: I now know I won't go back to Taco Bell again. Yecch! In their favor, the service was quick and friendly, I got plenty of napkins, and the window person asked if I wanted hot sauce. In this era of miserable service, the TB drive-thru was a pleasure. Too bad the food didn't measure up.

Hang on to those napkins
