Veatloaf rolls off the tongue better.
I don't use the Korn product (which has no corn) in my para-feat loaf. I use the Beyond meat quishy ground feat.
WOW that looks very edible.
They weren't rancid? Walnuts gotta be kept cold and fresh, then toast in the oven a hair.I just got 2 lbs of raw walnuts from Amazon...eating a handful...great for Diabeetus.

They call them raw but that means free of anything else. They are actually marketed as raw on the bag.
Funny I have about 200 walnut trees but nobody wants any..

Prison breakfast usually consist of a Danish pastry, hot or cold cereal, and milk. The other two meals of the day include foods such as chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, lasagna, burritos, tacos, and fish patties. Looks like breakfast will be the culinary highlight of the day.

Trying to eat a little healthier:
Vegetable Smoosh
Didn't want to cook, didn't want to shop or go out to eat, so I whipped up an old standby. Yukon Gold potatoes cooked in chicken stock with various spices + assorted added veggies. Accompanied with a cool glass of water infused with Meyer lemon juice.

That looks so healthy I had to self medicate with some chocolate ice cream.

Chinese buffet. Choice Hibachi in Lynchburg Virginia. Have ate here before it’s amazing. We came to Lynchburg to go to the US Foods store.
