My Daughter made chili last night and brought me a big container today. So I had a bowl of chili and a cheese sandwich.
She had stomach surgery latter part of Dec. Been having problems and can eat limited foods. So I thought is would be bland and I was prepared to add more chili powder. It was some of the best chili that I have had in a long time! No seasoning adjustments required!

I had a cup of my acid smoothie. Followed with a cup of butter coffee. (My mixed decaf beans, just ground, organic cacao powder, two pats of butter, oat milk creamer unsweetened)
Bag of Ika (dried squid, not cuttlefish). Cuttlefish is better but more $$$.
