No booze, but extra zesty with Vit C, lemon, lemon rind, ACV, kefir, yogurt, almond milk, raspberries, extra kale, cranberries, blueberries, blackberries, cinnamon, K and Mg citrate. Oh baby my liver could run a mile!
 
My Daughter made chili last night and brought me a big container today. So I had a bowl of chili and a cheese sandwich.

She had stomach surgery latter part of Dec. Been having problems and can eat limited foods. So I thought is would be bland and I was prepared to add more chili powder. It was some of the best chili that I have had in a long time! No seasoning adjustments required! (y)
