I'll be 67 tomorrow. However I sit on my rear end in the house every day. Not much exercise. Most today was walking outside and driving my car to end of the block to pickup my last 3 days of mail. Good on you for still being able to get out!

I'm unstable and will go down for a fall, if my toe catches anything.

Jalapeño-infused salmon salad with heirloom cherry tomatoes. roasted root vegetables, and sautéd broccoli rabe.

Hardee’s chicken biscuit with a really big piece of chicken. They have the best chicken biscuits. Mom got one too usually she doesn’t eat the chicken biscuits. Pops got a sausage biscuit. Probably nothing exciting for the folks here but I love me a good biscuit for breakfast. I can’t eat breakfast on workdays because not enough time and if I eat when I first get up it’s a disaster lol. So I always look forward to the weekend when I can get these biscuits.
