Fresh chicken in the Traeger. Butchered a few days ago. Just about frozen when I got it. 18 hour mild brine and then 3 hours at 365F with basic pepper, garlic powder, onion flakes and chicken spice.

Due to us being very busy, once it hit around 180F breast temp, she sat in a covered roast pan in a warm oven for 2 hours. It fell off the bone, I quit using a knife to break it down. Kids said it was the best chicken I've done.

Breakfast for dinner. Me and dad really like sausage mom doesn’t care for it a whole lot but she will eat it. Just this is the Tennessee Pride spicy sausage it isn’t that spicy but she won’t eat anything that says that lol. We are almost out of this apple butter next I’ll open the Monticello Apple Butter and try it out.
