I usually prepare my own legumes from dry. I soak them overnight in water with 1 to 2 TBS of raw apple cider vinegar (except lentils don't need the ACV), then I pressure cooked them for 10 or 15 minutes. This supposedly gets rid of most of the lectins. Black beans and white beans are my favorites.How do you prepare yours? Canned or dry?
