What are you eating right now?

I just finished making a pot of homemade apple sauce. We'll have that with dinner later tonight. However, I grabbed a bit from the pot after it cooled down a bit, and I'm sampling it to determine what, if any, additional flavorings I want. It's pretty good as is, with a nice blend of four different apple types.
 
It's March and it should get warmer soon. I'm still in "seal mode." As in the animal not the Navy kind. Might as well enjoy some junk for a couple more weeks before shedding my winter padding. My dinner is homemade fast food: A thick slice of fried bologna with mustard on a piece of fresh Dutch crunch bread, followed by a slice of white toasted almond cake.
