Hardee’s Bacon Beast biscuit. Then we went somewhere to sit down and eat too. Got a ham and cheese omelette, bowl of sausage gravy and biscuits at the restaurant. When I heard we were going to the restaurant I asked can we stop at Hardee’s and get something too and they said sure so I’m happy haha. Got some apple butter for the biscuits I eat the gravy by itself. Water with extra extra lemon to drink.

Scrambled eggs, pinto beans, pico de gallo, hash brown and sourdough toast.

Up at 5, took a nice 2 mile walk in the wind. Then toast, 2 over easy eggs, oatmeal and whole avocado. Drank almost gallon of water. Then donated platelets

I'm a bit under the weather from staying up way too late last night. Or should I say this morning? I fell out of bed just an hour ago and was sorely tempted to fight my cats over their food bowls. I finally got myself together and am now enjoying okonomiyaki. That's a Japanese pancake made from shredded cabbage, egg, fish stock, and anything you like. I added mushrooms and sliced bratwurst and some bacon. Topped with seaweed flakes (also for iodine) and okonomiyaki sauce (sort of like a mix of catsup and Worchester sauce - I like it also on burgers). The Japanese also put mayo on this dish but I find mayo on hot foods disgusting. Although I mostly avoid stimulants, I'm also having coffee because today I need a serious pick-me-up..

Hardee’s Bacon Beast biscuit and Bojangles Bo Rounds. Mom made bacon and eggs but I wanted Hardee’s too and I don’t care for eggs unless they are with cheese which she won’t make unless she is doing scrambled eggs so I got this instead. I shared my bo rounds but the biscuit is all mine lol. I love biscuits for breakfast.
