Tonight's dinner. A crunchy taco, fresh brussels sprouts sautéed in olive oiled butter, and fresh corn on the cob roasted in the over with butter and salt.

A note on the brussels sprouts. I found a recipe online. Very simple. Mix olive oil and butter in a pan, blacken both sides, then cover for about 10 minutes to get them tender. They literally tasted like candy they were so sweet and buttery. They tasted alot like sweet fried plantains. I've never had them turn out this good before. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
