I like them with cheese.

Ham and egg sandwich. I get the crunchy cheese crust by putting shredded cheese in a frying pan, then placing the already toasted bread slice on the cheese. The cheese becomes sticky when melting and adheres to the bread, then the cheese gets browned and comes out cleanly attached to the bread.

I needed a break from cooking and went for dinner at Original Joe's at Westlake. I just had the shrimp scampi because scampi are apparently impossible to find. Pretty good anway.

onion poppy seed buns. The trick is to eat it upside down as the bottom half of the bun is too thin.

Lots of stuff tonight. My mom made ham and her and my dad are having that as their main course. I don’t believe that ham is a meal since it doesn’t fill me up so I asked if i could get something else so they got me Tacos from Taco Bell . Then I got ham on the side with some corn and a baked potato. They always remind me that when they were growing up if they didn’t like or didn’t want something then oh well they dealt with it so they said consider myself lucky lol.

Earlier we went out and had the steak and lobster special at Red Lobster. Right now I am having popcorn and grape juice.
