After spending a couple hours in the 55F water. I had prepared a bean and wild turkey with mushrooms, onion, chili and parsley stew in my crock pot. I sprinkled some Swiss on top. I made it pretty spicy and now I'm all warm and toasty.

Some rice, 3 egg omelette, with some tofu I fried or cooked a bit. Some jalapeños, and some Cholula “green sauce” in awhile wheat pita. Mmmm good

This is my late lunch because I was busy doing other stuff this morning. Pan-fried chicken breast with one fried egg, Brussels sprouts with some liquid aminos, tomatoes, and quince. The latter goes very well with chicken and egg.

In case anybody wonders whey I am almost always eating my meals off the same two plates, it's because that's the way I measure my portions and all-over food intake.

Post workout shake with Butternut squash soup cold sweet potatoes with apples and pickled beets eat them things by the jar full
