Salad today with salmon patty on top and jalapeno ranch dressing. Salad had garden tomato's, cucumbers, black olives and chickpeas in it. Grated parmesan on top of all that. One of my favorite meals.

Very tasty along with some pepper/habanero Jack cheese from local deli

This is delicious, real, strong heat but delicious. Thanks to vavavroom I’m on a kimchi kick as well. It’s my new snack morning every day

A 3/4 inch thick slice of a head of cabbage topped with a mix of cubed chicken, poultry spices, paprika, onion, mushrooms, eggs, shredded cheese. Baked on an oiled with EVOO baking pan in the oven until the cheese started browning. Prep-time is only 5 minutes. Stick it in the oven for 30 minutes. Garnish with chopped tomato and green onion. Throw it on a plate. Done.

Stir-fried chicken, mushrooms, spinach, broccoli, onions, green onions, carrots, sesame seeds, spices. I used EVOO and a bit of sesame oil for flavor. Looks like hog slop in the picture. Took all of 5 minutes to make.
