It's impossible to see, but the cabbage is the base layer. About 1.5 cups of it.

Lunch today is chicken tikka marsala with rice, naan bread, and roasted broccoli.

Lunch is baked chicken breast. I made incisions and stuffed them with a slices of tomato, slices of cheddar, slices of mushroom. Sprinkled with herbs and garnished with green onion. Side of cooked carrots.
