Sure thing lol I was mainly experimenting. I just don’t feel like digging the toaster out . If it was a sub it absolutely would be toasted. I’m getting ready to make another one.

Lol we don’t like doing dishes in my house so we use paper and styrofoam in my house a lot. We will be using the real stuff tonight when we grill steaks though.

Some kind of whole grain bread for sure. Ideally seeded and sprouted. Look especially at carb and fiber content and the list of ingredients. If you see "bromated flour," run!
