What are you eating right now?

A Cajun Fillet Biscuit from Bojangles. I couldn’t set down anywhere to eat since I got a road call to go replace a water pump, thermostat and upper and lower radiator hoses.
 
I woke up late, went for my first run in two weeks, and had this stuff that will make some of you gag. What can I say? I had a craving for Vitamin B. I actually ate more than twice the amount shown and I also had a bowl of yogurt with blueberries. 😝

Dip soldier in egg yolk, try not to make a mess, put in your mouth. With a spoon, eat some egg whites. Repeat until egg and soldiers are gone.

 
Dinner is sautéed onions, Black Forrest ham, eggs, grated Swiss cheese and rigatoni with thyme, rosemary, sage, and black pepper. I'm going to up my carb intake for a while. I lost some weight over the past couple weeks and need to put on a few pounds.
