What are you eating right now?

Roast Duck, prepared using a clementine recipe from Jamie Oliver. Bok Choy used instead of greens for the noodle side dish. Chili infused oil my daughter brought back from South Africa added a nice kick to the noodle/Bok choy side dish. Wife likes potatoes so I skimmed off some of the duck fat and made roasted potatoes. They were so good I had them too. If you have never made roasted potatoes prepared using duck fat you have not lived!

Overall the meal was delicious but a real slog to prepare.

I am not trying to be smart. yes, coming from me I am sure you have your doubts.

However wouldn't skipping breakfast be pretty much there. Or does a 16 hour fast require waking hours?
Breakfast is the first meal after your fasting period regardless of time of day. For most intermittent fasters breakfast will likely ocurr between mid-morning and mid-afternoon. Because the terms breakfast, lunch, and dinner raise certain expectations in most people I prefer to refer to these meals as first meal, second meal, etc.
 
I take it your done with your fasting?

Yes it snowed maybe 2” overnight here in PA
Yes done, did a LOT of exercise up to 11AM. Time for some home cooked meat in a few SW spices, and smoked and then a Carolina style sauce; ACD, spicy mustard and stewed Italian tomatoes, a little salt whisked and sieved

Just rain here, finally broke 40°F.
