Cream of usually implies no chunks so smooth and creamy but not baby food!

Hungarian cream of mushroom made with fresh shiitake mushrooms. Rich warm flavors from paprika onion fresh herbs and sherry.

I really refrained in the past from commenting on your pictures and will stay in that lane
I didn’t mean to offend you; maybe it was way picture made it look.
 
4 hours ago; had broccoli and cauliflower salad with kale. And some pulled beef as lady took two chuck roasts and roasted them for 6 hours with soy sauce, celery, carrots onion and garlic. Had sandwich with Daves killer bread “white done right” bread and a Guinness NA beer

A few hours ago I ate breakfast in the early pm. Jet-lag.

By the by, my PC is acting up again and I now can leave only this emoticon under people's posts. :ROFLMAO: Obviously this is a problem because that one is only appropriate half the time. Sorry guys. I don't mind if you don't leave me feedback via emoticons.

 
I made an apple and fromage blanc strudel tonight. I prefer to eat it cold so it's for tomorrow. I used Jonathan apples and the cheese is from the local Cowgirl Creamery. I made the rough puff myself. I prefer that over proper strudel dough which is essentially pasta dough. Love flaky crust!

I cut into the monster strudel. I should have rolled two strudel and baked them side by side but for one, I am merely a bloody amateur in the kitchen and moreover I can't be bothered. I'm with Julia Child: It's taste we want.

An end piece of double-wide strudel, cut in half. One half for my wife, the other half for me.


 
Of course I had my bowl before the treat. Consistency! It's a bit funny. At my house, I and then cats eat out of bowls and my wife eats from a variety of tableware like a civilized person.
