In a hour or so I am going to fix a Open Face Hot Beef Sandwich with smashed potatoes and gravy. Green beans with ham chunks and and onions cooked for a hour or so.

About 1/2 hour ago she brought cookies! They have cranberries and chocolate inside.
Stayed about an hour and we had a nice chat. Good neighbor.
