What are you eating right now?

Natto, not the most appetizing look stuff. I have warmed up to it. It offers cardiovascular benefits and is good for the gut biome. Your immune system is only as good as the bacteria in your intestine.

What does it taste like?

Do you add anything to it to offset?

Never heard of it until now, but the benefits seem positive.

Natto is fermented soybeans and that's how it tastes. It's not pungent or stinky. One serving is only about two tablespoons. When you buy natto it comes with little packages of sauce and mustard. You can also use doy sauce.

Before you eat natto you have to stir it until it becomes a gooey and very sticky mess. That's the part some people have a problem with. It looks revolting.

Natto is a refrigerated product and I eat it daily if I'm at home. I started eating it maybe five years ago. Another fermented soy product I have pretty much every day is miso soup.

Up hr early like everyday preparing the daily work lunch.
