Some local watermelon and cantaloupe and ice water. And took the mutt; eh err “Trevor” on 2.6 mile walk. Nice and breezy and 77F here. Poor dog wore out and panting. I’m not 
Cod baked in oven, cooked some onions and zucchini and some yellow squash in cast iron. Ice water and glass of almond milk unsweetened.

No cigarettes, no beer, no chew, etc... hostility 2024 has begun at home lol. My lady I sit next to at our religious gathering has stage 4 cancer with no markers, my BFF kid decided to enlist in Army, and I had a buy shocks all the way around and his wife is running around on him, helluva week grrrrr. I can only take it a day at a time and ask for grace, blessings and forgiveness 
oh and my dog had a surgery so she's mad at me and hates the Veterinarian still lol.
