2 eggs over easy, some sliced SPAM with jalapeños and garlic and onions. Avocado and PEETS coffee and plenty of ice water. Going to local football fundraiser/gun raffle in bit in Mechanicsburg PA. Should be fun; free food and beer/beverage if you bought a ticket like most folks do.

I have no problems with lectins. I also tolerate gluten, lactose, sulfites, and salicylates. Whenever sliced tomatoes leak juice and seeds, I gauchely slurp the seeds along with the juice without detriment.
Of all those I only have a reaction to sulfites above a certain threshold
I tolerate foods and beverages that contain sulfites fine - at least in normal quantities. Aunt Birdie starts wheezing after more than one bottle of wine. That's why she sticks with gin and vodka. She's an octogenarian* dipso. The only vehicle we let her drive anymore is her riding mower. If she gets wind of my post I may not get a neat knitted Christmas sweater this year.
