Filter or no Filter on the camera
No filter was used. The image was a skosh underexposed for my taste so I brightened it a bit but didn't adjust or manipulate the color in any way.
Is that a balsamic reduction on the bruschette?

Same genus, not family, I believe. Mexican oregano belongs in Mexican dishes! I use marjoram all the time.
Marjoram is OK, light use. Too much and you make mouth soap.
