What are you eating right now?

I'll watch the highlights today, but I'm not staying up anymore, Italy lost 5-0 to Sweden yesterday. I pulled an all-nighter and went to bed at 5AM after the first half when they were down 3-0.

EDIT: I guess I should add what I ate while watching the game. American cheese sandwich, kettle cooked potato chips and Twizzlers, I was bad:(

Egg oatmeal is a pretty common food and is popular with fitness nuts. My son eats it frequently. He may put other things in there such as yogurt, banana, nuts, or protein powder. In the end, it's the nutrients that count and egg oatmeal has plenty of protein and complex carbs that are metabolized more slowly than simple carbs. And it has fibers. You stay full longer and have energy for a longer period when working out. There's also a little fat, and you can add more (nuts, full-fat yogurt etc). Egg oatmeal tastes pretty good. I myself prefer protein pancakes which are similar in composition but that's just my preference.

The protein pancake I had this morning was made with eggs, filk, almond flour, flax meal, wheat germ, and chia seed.
