What are you eating right now?

Lol. Well done pizza ain’t no good my friend haha. My parents like theirs burnt. I don’t care cause I don’t eat the crust anyway. Lol. That’s why I always get thin crust but this place doesn’t offer thin crust.
You do understand if you eat only soft foods your teeth will loosen and eventually fall out, right? The pressure from chewing harder foods stimulates gums and bone cell growth. While this is especially true for children it's also true for adults.

Melting Sweet Potatoes: Melting Potatoes, sometimes described as Fondant Potatoes, is a cooking method that essentially roasts and braises the potatoes in a liquid of melted butter and stock resulting in a potato with crisp edges and ends and a surprisingly soft, creamy center. Other types of potatoes can be used, especially Russet varieties and Yukon Gold.

This made a nice dinner last night along with a simple salad, and the leftover potatoes will be reheated for a snack later today or tomorrow.

Liver&Sprouts how we stay lean.View attachment 37903
Now that's an interesting combination. I'll have to give it a try sometime. I love Brussels Sprouts and if I can get calves' liver I'm a happy guy, otherwise, I'm not a big fan of liver from older cows. I like the liver sliced thin and cooked with caramelized onions and a splash of sherry. Dressing the sprouts with a good-quality balsamic vinegar might be a nice addition to this presentation.
