I’m picking my up now Jimmy boy. I may not have enough in my bank account to cover it but I talked pops into buying it haha. We go to the mom and pops Chinese places not chains. Chain Chinese restaurants are gross. I’ll wash it down with my beers at home and be set for the night haha.

Lol. I heard it from one end to the other of him complaining about having to buy dinner the last three nights. Had I not paid all my bills and registered my car i would have money lol. Taking that $350 out to register and title and transfer my car was not a good feeling haha. If Virginia gave us more than 30 days to register it I would have waited a bit. If you don’t do it within 30 days they add a $10 fee every month you don’t register. I will happily share my food with you though Jim you know I would. You’re a good guy.

Seems like money is tight all over. Don't feel bad. I am cutting back takeout too. Once a week and my Chinese is $22 and I get two days out of it..

A new local butcher opened up. Local beef, locally cut and these girls never hit a freezer.

I am pretty much out of beef in the freezer and have to wait until July or August until we get our half again.

Oh and I used the skid steer to get six buckets of old manure into the garden. Its tilled up and in a couple weeks I'll be planting. Cannot wait for fresh veggies!!!

Brine made and chilled, fish in the brine and 3 bags of fish for 3 meals for 2!

Brine over night in garage fridge, then smoke with almond pellets tomorrow after pelicle formation. Will take more pictures.

Also looks like a sharper knife might be in order.
