My personal liver detox smoothie
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or whatever milk you like that doesn't have sugar. I like almond milk with vitamin E
1 cup or about 2-3 fresh kale leaves (yeah I know)
1 cup unsweetened kefir (in the yogurt dairy section of most grocery stores) - avoid the sugar sweet kind, it tastes better but too much sugar!
1.5 cups (or more) blue berries and black berries, fresh or frozen
1/4 cup or so fresh cranberries
Into the power blender, whip it good.
