A 2 egg ham and cheddar cheese omelet. It was good. One egg was a Eggland's Best and one store brand. The store brand has a darker yolk and less runny whites than the Eggland's egg. Mmmm

Chinese food. My treat tonight to my parents for Christmas. It’s very delicious as usual. It would go great with a beer too but can’t have one of those in public lol
. It’s so darn cold outside. I’m glad it’s warm in this restaurant. If feels way later than it is because we closed up at 2pm today so to me it feels like it’s about 11pm instead of 8 lol. And I’m off Monday since Christmas is observed that day so that’s going to be real nice.

Getting ready to make some cornbread to take to our Christmas dinner. We're driving down to south Texas to get together with some friends and family. Gf is making menudo and posole to bring.

3 eggs. Home grown dried tomatoes. Local mozzarella. Herbs spices and plenty of avocado and olive oil. Hawaii salt.

Peanut Butter Cookies from Kroger. Brought them to work yesterday for the boys and they ate them up. Good thing I got two packs. I’m ready for breakfast now.

Christmas breakfast with the family. It is absolutely amazing. My mom makes excellent French toast. We have hash browns, French toast. Bacon, maple sausage and spicy sausage and eggs.
