Yes airport sushi- and it was free airport sushi. I happen to fly enough I get lounge access for free. The lounges in Japan are not like the lounges in the USA. I will post pictures of the JAL lounge later today. I am currently about one hour west of Los Angelos at 30k feet,

JAL is a first rate airline. The still run 8 across seating on the 787 with a pitch of 34 inches. Almost every other airline runs nine across, with 31 or less pitch.

Fly enough- JAL gives free internet. I fly American Airlines quite a bit, and pay $50 a month for internet subscription. Not all airlines are the same.

Used to fly JAL from Jakarta to Tokyo - somehow I’d be the only one drinking champagne - and once open I could not let it go to waste … I was in the JAL lounge when the 78 got grounded - they were lined up right there since a fix was known …

This is ok. Not a huge fan of the taste of the gravy. This is one of those trendy noisy places that I hate. I was really looking forward to tearing up a Hardee’s chicken biscuit. That was the best biscuit I’d ever had yesterday. I don’t know what it is with my parents always wanting to eat something different everyday I personally don’t like change and only want to eat two things everyday. And that’s Hardee’s breakfast and any Chinese or Japanese food for lunch and dinner. This place you can tell is oriented to city folks based on the food and everything cause it’s no good in my book. Maybe I am just picky I don’t know but now I have to wait till Saturday to eat Hardee’s again . The gravy here just isn’t appealing it’s like very kicky so to say it’s got like spice kick to it but it’s not spicy. And it has Turkey sausage in it.
