I once went to an “authentic” Mexican restaurant but it was pretty similar to the taco bill menu I posted above but with the addition of a few meat and salad or vegetable type dishes and slightly better quality ingredients, so I have no idea what Mexican or Tex-Mex is really meant to be.I think most people here would cringe at calling Taco Bell (or Bill) Mexican or Tex-Mex. If the food is anything like in the US, it would be kinda like calling cheap processed commercial white bread "French bread." Lots of people enjoy it (me included) but it's still heavily American-ized.
