What are you eating right now?

Are you ready to admit yer stew ain’t chili ?

Some purists contend chili doesn’t even have beans
I didn't use beans because they aren't really great for you although some may debate that but I personally don't care for them...
I'm ready to T word your chili...

Jimmy ain't admitting nutt'n except that cheesesteak last night was the worst ever and gave me the willies.. Yuck

Another cv19 delight was I couldn't get white bread because of the hoarders and got turkey breast and they only had cinnamon raisin bread... toasted with turkey, butter, and mayo was the bomb...

We have had Taco Bill (not bell) since the 1970s in Victoria, which I presume is tex-mex.

However, the place I went to this morning is called Guzman Y Gomez.

I think most people here would cringe at calling Taco Bell (or Bill) Mexican or Tex-Mex. If the food is anything like in the US, it would be kinda like calling cheap processed commercial white bread "French bread." Lots of people enjoy it (me included) but it's still heavily American-ized.
